the terra cotta. Within walking distance to San Miguel. It has a lovely

Staff are Excellent!!! Very helpful!! I stayed at this hotel with my boy friend for 3 nights. They gave us a great suggestion about restaurants in Cozumel and we loved the place!!!
Location is also good. Only 5min from boat port.

I like the location of this hotel. It is at the corner of 5th Avenue, the main street in Playa del Carmen where all the stores are located. It is also a short distance from the beach. The staff was also great. They helped us with ordering food and gave us directions to places around town. They even spoke English which was a plus as they could understand us and we could understand them easily. A taxi stand is right outside the hotel. It is a little pricey but convenient if you need to go anywher

The hotel is exceptionally located, smack onto 5ta avenida which is where all the shops and restaurants are located. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool is so pretty, especially at night when it's lit up, also very clean. We loved this place so much that we came back twice during our stay (we were doing a road trip along the coast)

There was nothing we could complain about, we had the room on 2nd floor which has 2 bathrooms, an extra we were not expecting and for 2 girls this was heaven.
Lovely details in the hotel decoration and the staff is helpful as well, assisted with luggage and kind always.

Paola and her staff at Casa Ticul were amazing and so friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble.
The rooms were clean, well sized and very comfortable. The location of the Casa Ticul was perfect.

laundry, which can preferably washed a laundry, a flower shop and cake
shop. Before the trip we read here that the internet is only in public
areas, on-site we found the internet works really well in the room.
