The hotel's location is very good, if you want to stay close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle service was excellent (keep in mind that you have to arrange for it beforehand, since there is no access to the hotel in the airport). Hotel is located 5 min. from airport with hotel shuttle for free. Location is not good because of the highway but it didn´t disturb me. Anyways it´s kind of hotel just for one day stay if your flight is too early or late for departure from Playa del Carmen or other distant location. Hotel was clean and really nice equiped. Breakfast was nice!!!

All was great, will stay there again, but after travelling throughout Mexico, cost of the room was steep. Compared to Cancun hotel zone it was lower priced, so no problems, Service was great and food was good.

Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well. Front desk great, checking in and checking out was very fast. -

Not exactly in the heart of the "zona hotelera" but very close to it, a 10-minute bus ride. The rooms are clean and nice; our ocean view room had a spacious, private balcony. The buffet food is very good, and the other restaurants offer a nice variety of food choices and atmosphere. The pool and beach areas are very nice; the swim up bar in the pool area is fun. Safe and frequent city buses run in front of the hotel to popular shopping areas.

Almost everything,
the hotel was very nice, the beachfront rooms and seafront rooms definetely worth the extra - the ocean view is breathtaking.
The halls are very nice colonial style. Room is quite nice too, but nothing special - as in every good hotel.
Breakfast was very good - the wide range of choices, including some japanese and oriental choices, although almost the same every day.
The staff was skilled and ready to help.
The location is convinient for us - it is on the beach, a bit far
