  Very helpful staff,from collection at the airport to departure we were looked after very well.Beautiful location and excellent value for money.Our room had a stunning view of the pool and sea,huge swimming pool,great sitting area in the lobby to surf the Internet in a cool breeze with local coffee.Able to change money at the hotel at a very good r... vad folk säger » ate not the usual rip off rate of hotels. - the spacious suite,the beach was excellent and clean,the grounds were close to the mountain,fresh clean air,food was easily obtainable at Damai central and a great place for a vacation.friendly staff.definitely worth for the money paid.

  We LOVED our stay in the treehouse. Really worth it to pay extra to stay in one of these houses, as it is a once in a lifetime opportunity. The staff were very friendly, there was a lot of nature activities to partake in (for free and for a cost) and the food was tasty (moderately priced considering the isolated location).   Location was great. we had a chalet overlooking the beach, which was lovely. The water is clean and sand nice. Close to a food court for cheap meals. Very close to Cultural Village, which is well worth a visit, and you can get discounted tickets at the hotel. It i - 1. The staff here take pride in what they do. We were very pleased with the hospitality extended to us. 2. Lots of activity both within the hotel and nearby areas. Matahari tour agency (office located at the lobby area) are able to arrange just about everything. Judy, the person manning the office while we were there, was very helpful and informative.

  I like the new renovation of the resort. It gives more parking space and and eco friendly environment.The pool was clean and the playground is safe for the children. - the ambient and serenity are perfect.
