  Convenient location. It's in the city area, and easy to go anywhere in the city by foot. There's a big seafood restaurant in Asia City, a shopping mall, within 5 minutes' walk across the street.   Location is suitable for those who wants to shop in 1Borneo, Sabah largest shopping mall and want to escape from the busy and congested kk city area. The room was big and spacious (Deluxe Superior i think) with mountain view. Breakfast at the Elusion cafe was pleasant and tasty.   The grounds were forested with a lovely trail to the tennis courts. We love to look for new birds to see and we had to look no farther than right there! The room was large, modern and clean and the staff were very helpful. - Spacious rooms, big bathrooms, comfortable bed.
