  The facilities in the room like 5 stars hotel. The shower and bathtub in the bathroom are so impressive. All staff are very friendly. The room service staff who is wearing badge number 17 also very nice spoken to me. The Fine Dining Restaurant also has excellent menu especially Western food. The price of the room is very affordable. Maybe the hote... vad folk säger » l management should review the decision to put the Bible (New Testament) in the drawer in the room because not all the guests are Christians.So, we ca - I like the fact that we were upgraded to a deluxe room and that the room was very spacious. The television also had many channels and the reception for all the channels was clear. The breakfast was also ala-carte so this saved us from eating too much. There was also a sofa that could be turned into a flat mattress. The hotel is also located near some halal restaurants but you do have to use a car to reach all these places.

  Great hotel. Big room (even the chepaest one). Excellent location close to the river. Lots of food option within two minutes walk (go left to the hotel for upscale dining along the river and right for cheap local food). - I liked the breakfast served and also the view from the room and the staff is friendly.   Ritz-Garden new apartment wing is really nice! Have swimming pool, sauna, steam room,gym, etc breakfast also not bad, recommend to group friends or family to stay here. =) - the staff is very helpful and attentive, from the reception to dave, the front line staff. i like the location. enjoyed the simple buffet breakfast and lunch.

  I stayed here when I had a sportive event which was held nearby. Here are a few positive things I would like to share:- 1) Staff - The moment you step in the staff are extremely helpful 2) Bike Storage :- They have a huge secure carpark to store your bikes which I love 3) Food Map :- ask for food map ! They will assist you in finding the best foo... vad folk säger » d in Ipoh ! 4) Room Size: I've booked the room without window but the room was spacious and most importantly clean . ! - It's great value for money. Rooms are clean and perfectly adequate. Parking facilities available. 7-11 right next door and Pusing Seafood Restaurant just behind the hotel. Breakfast at the cafe was surprisingly nice. Didn't expect such a quaint cafe in a hotel like this. Ladies at the reception were very helpful in giving out directions to places of visit.

  The pictures are true representations of the actual place, but some might have difficulties in finding the place. It is not a building by itself, but the corner part of a shop lot. Best landmark to know you are at the right place would be either Lucky Hotel, Jalan CM Yusoff, or most accurate, it is at the shop lot across Kim Bali. We've got the Olive Room, which is facing the back of the shop lot that might be a bit quieter - Convenient location about 8-10mins walk to coach pick up/drop off area along Jalan Bendahara (Sri Maju, Grassland, Super Nice, Five Star Tours coach). 10-20mins walk to most popular eateries (Lou Wong - 10mins walk, Ming Court and Tong Shui Gai - 15 to 20mins walk). Apartment was clean and large (corner unit), with comfortable bed.
