  Awesome staff, great price and nice apartment. We had a fabulous time while staying at your apartment.. Rate 9/10 overall.. - Apartment was clean, rooms space-wise was ok, especially the hall. Security was good - there is a guard house & access to lift / floor / apartment requires an access card.

  We stayed here as a family for 2 nights at the end of September. Check- in went smoothly, staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had 2 x 1 bedroom apartments in the Residences and the views were great from the 30th floor. They apartments were serviced daily, king size bed was very comfy, large flat screen tv, nice modern bathroom and kitchette... vad folk säger » , 2x bottles of water supplied daily included in the cost of the room as well as a daily newspaper.   The warm and friendly welcome when we arrive, we have used this hotel for the last three years when in KL. Hot water is on tap for coffee/tea making (provide your own ingredients) cold water too. Lounge area on first floor, and though check out is at twelve they do allow us a room to take a shower if we are on a late flight.
