  Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths. Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpfull I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels Fracer place really impressed me. I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available For sure will recommend

  Small, clean guesthouse in Kuala Lumpur. Just a 10 minutes walk from the famous Petronas Towers. The rooms are quite spacious, with new furniture, free wifi, clean sheets and towels. The bathroom is quite small, in fact you're having a shower in the toilet ;-). But it's sufficient, with a strong and warm radius . Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access from the airport, KL Sentral, and the nearest monorail station (just 5 min walk). Many shops and restaurants are within short walking distance. The lounge in the reception area was nice, and there are two computers with internet access (free for the guests). I used a double room for myself. The room was quite simple but big enough, nice and comfortable.
