Hotellet ligger perfekt mitt bland massor av shopping och restauranter. The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our
favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly.
They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the
check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4
pm; the staff at The Bussiness centre let us use the fax machine

We stayed in Westin for 3 nights 4th - 7th Oct 2013.
The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

chain (pizza hut is right next door), 711 is right across the street
2. The cleanliness is ok, they provide wifi in room and hot water, also pretty comfy bed

Vår bästa hotellupplevelse någonsin. Blev uppgraderade till "star guest" när vi skickade in och blev bjudna på deras fantastiska frukostbuffe och middag på kvällen. Lobbyn är grym och rummen stora. 1. I like the uniform wore by the staffs. It really represents the Melayu concept, which is in line with the style of the hotel.
2. The check in process did not take long time. The room had been ready as we arrived at the hotel, so we did not have to wait anymore.

4. I like the cleanness of the room -
Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Rooms are luxury comfortable, beautifully furnished. Wide choice of food in the hotel and in the nearby Pavilion Mall. Concierge helped us with booking for day tours to Elephant San
