  The staff were friendly and knew me as this is my second visit to the hotel. My request for room with window were met and again it was a breeze to check in. - Convenience,friendly staff and very helpful, fuss free check in, rooms are comfortable with big bathroom.

  I liked the view from my room. It was an amazing and fabulous experience. The service was quick also. Had great please in staying in this Hotel. Keep up the efforts Hotel Management - Less than 10 minute walking distance to Putra World Trade Centre. LRT Sultan Ismail and PWTC is also near. Easy Chinese and Indian street food.   I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel.   This budget priced hotel is in a central location close to shopping centers and public transport. Our room was on the 8th floor at the back of the building and was very quiet. The room was clean, average size and had adequate cupboard space so we could unpack our luggage. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was served daily in the dining room with a choice of cooked Americian - the beddings are comfortable, there's a water refilling station so we don't need to buy bottled water anymore. 7-11 and KK Mart are just located across the street. Very near to the food avenue very wide array of food choices! Money changes is located just beside the hotel. Breakfast is just ok kids like it. Front desk has been very helpful helping us to book vans going to Genting, Sunway, City Tour and Airport. Everything is hassle free!
