  I like the location of the hotel, the quite environment and the best thing i like it is the customer services which i only found it in Burj Al-Arab Hotel-Dubai. - Very good price/quality ratio. I strongly recommed this to anyone visiting KL!

  A perfect hotel for family stay. We were upgraded with a two bed room premier on 16 th floor, though we were on the other side of towers but still the garden view was beautiful. I loved the concept of having city view while in bath tub, it was so fascinating at night time that I missed it badly while staying in other hotels. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre.   Oh,where I should start! We booked this hotel due positive review on booking,and we didn't regret! It was the greatest decision,since it made our stay in kl even more unforgettable! We got the room on 22nd floor,looking toward to Twin Towers! You can imagine how spectacular was it during the evening with all the light on, we could watch it without... vad folk säger » stopping! The location is great,since you are close to everything,the mtr is just 10 min. Away, the hotel offer free shuttle mini bus (with about 8 p - We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing. We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though. The

It was totally surprising us as it was much more nice-looking interior design, and provided a very home-like feeling to us, different with the room we stayed last year.   My husband & I stayed there for our 1st anniversary . Since it was school holiday & public holiday we couldnt get any other place to go because most of the hotel outside kuala lumpur are fully booked . This villa situated right in the middle of the city & just 5 mins drive from our working place . But it was worth it . We really loved ... vad folk säger » the place . They even gave us - The setting (a peaceful oasis in a big city) and the environment created within the grounds, pool, garden etc are extraordinary. The staff and management could not do enough for us. The manager even drove us to the station (for the airport) early in the morning when our booked taxi failed to appear.
