We like the big, spacious room, the beds with 2 bathrooms. Clean and facilities are modern and adequate. The TV is big enough and is at a good location for all to see.Best of all is the reasonable price. Receptionist is also quite sweet and friendly. I like that they provided 2 queen and 2 single beds in one room. Very convenient for large family. The only hotel that provides this this combination.

Clean rooms, clean and spacious bathroom. Good location. Spacious room with internet PC, complementary set was amazing. I find curious that the hotel doesn't allow durians in the rooms but allows smokin. .we had a little problem locating the hotel. The signboard should be a bit more eye-catching. The management should make sure all the bedsheets are in good shape because one of the single bedsheet has a rough texture. There was no shower cap in the room, so I requested for one at the reception. She told me she'll send one to my room but it never reached my room at all. No porter service. There may old people in the family. Emergncy light was not functioning durng black out. Need to improve in this matter. Back door and parking lot is a rat infested back alley. The walkway area in the hall was not really clean & smells funny. Do provide some perfume or refresher. None... noting. clogged sink holes cause the stagnant water. Location a bit secluded and I lost my way while trying to find the place. Parking is a bit far from the lobby. Spa was not welcoming. Looked like a 'dirty' massage spa that did not entertain ladies!. Rude staff. Unreliable access to Wi-Fi. Traffic noise from passing traffic to early hours of the morning. Forget about breakfast in the restaurant, as it's very ordinary. The room simple and not worth the money, spa counter not friendly at all, no breakfast included in the room rate, far from attraction places. No hot water for shower. Thin wall. Noisy traffic. The hotel location and place doesnt pay the price.
