Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Convenient location-short taxi ride to city centre. Our second visit there.will be booking again. huge and good value. Service not bad. I hope the cleanliness of the suites will be improved. That's the only setback. cosy atmosphere and nice furniture. Value for money specially family with children of 6 to 8. feel like home. The apartment is huge and very affordable. Quiet. Spacious, good location, sufficient room for family, good-sized dining and living areas. The tv channel was very poor in terms of numbers of channel and quality.Not really any dislikes but touch up of the place will be great for the place is a bit old. Parking lot and toilet facilities for muslim (malay). living room (especially the sofa) was not clean. floor not clean. Food, not easy available, the only cafe only operate till 7pm.limited parking lot. Unfortunately the furnishings and decorations are old and pretty rundown as compared to the exterior. The corridor leading to the entrance of each apartment is very poorly maintained. Staff was fairly polite but do not expect hotel-like services. The hotline to the hotel was also not available when we wanted to verify the apartment location.Wireless access is not available free. Cable tv programs not available.The hotel interior looks quite run down, it's time for some maintenance. Jalan Duta traffic noise, air-conditioning noisy, sink stopper in master bedroom stuck, TV reception poor, hair all over bathroom floor. The room went out of power/light, we're in darkness and have to change room.The furniture, utensil, toilet all very old, stained and need maintenance badly. Unpleasant rooms and not in a state to stay.

To guarantee your stay, whether long or short, is comfortable and relaxing we equip our rooms with all the conveniences of home, with the addition of luxury services such as housekeeping, laundry, ironing and dry cleaning. For maxim convenience and safety every suite comes with a personal safe.
Because we understand that every customer is unique our kitchenettes are fully equipped for personal meal preparation including a coffee/tea maker and microwave and our air conditioners are individually controlled.
Hair dryers, IDD telephones and in- house video programs are also included with every suite.

55kms from the Kuala Lampur’s International Airport. Taxis and hired cars are available for direct transport from the airport to the property as well as the more ‘scenic’ route on the ERL train from the airport to KL city and on then on to Duta Vista Suites by taxi.
