Convenient location, East Coast mall just across the street, many good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast buffet.   Staff is just awesome! Hayatt is my favorite here in Malaysia as far as service is concerned. Location is perfect: Telok Chempedak is a natural beautuful bay, the beach is clean in spite of the fact that public beach has no visible birder with the hotel.   The family room quite spacious and be able to accommodate 6 of us (me, my wife and 4 of my young children). Everything was good, the bathroom, family hall, cleanliness, etc. The breakfast have many choices, local and western. We had our dinner at the nearby restaurant (Gambang Town) as the food at the coffee house was a bit expensive.
