  I must say your housekeeping staff are the best by far in any hotel that I have stayed thus far. I am one person who looks up to Chambermaids of every hotel that I stayed. I would give them tips when I check out. I called them the 'unsung heroes ' because I was raised up by a mum who works as a chambermaid all her life. I know my mum often complained that she never gets the recognition for her good - Beautiful modern hotel with a really comfortable giant bed. Lovely spacious room with huge windows and a view of Kuching and distant mountains. Friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgable concierge. Did airline check in for me and printed out boarding tickets.

  A statndard room with king bed provides a spacious and comfortable stay, made even better by a refrig. And hot pot provided. Where the breakfast at $13 is on the high side, we were able to have a nice continental breakfast in our room using groceries available within walking distance. The Pullman is centrally located in Kuching, and we were able to walk easily to activities at the waterfront such as a boat - My husband and I spent 5 nights in a Superior Double room at the Pullman in early October. The staff were all so friendly, the room was superb, clean and a VERY comfortable bed! The hotel is situated on a norrow road with no traffic, so there was no noise at all...we slept like babies every night! The bathroom was huge with a nice bath too. Everything was perfect...we had the buffet breakfast every morning and there were plenty of choices. We would definitely recommend the Pullman who's looking

  I liked my room cause I've got a good view of the river and I can see the mountain from my room. And the staf were friendly and helpfull. I'd like to stay in Hilton when I visit Kuching. - The location is excellent right across the road from the Sarawak River. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

  This is our first stay at Riverside Majestic and it gave us a very good impression. The staffs were well mannered / polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was very good for simple traveler like us. The initial Deluxe room offered to us looks very nice, appeared clean and spacious but had a strong musky-mouldy smell upon entering. We checked... vad folk säger » ... the smell actually came from the cabinet housing the fridge. We requested for a change and the reception staff was very helpful to help us sort - 1. Friendly Reception 2. Good Services 3. Clean 4.Beautiful room and nice view, ask for room 1502 if you don't believe. 5.Near Shopping Mall(s),Kuching Waterfront and easy to gets transport. 6.Worth for your money. 7.You wont miss your home 8.The best Hotel in Kuching!
