  the room was above my expectation. it is actually better than i expected, i stayed at the studio type room and the facilities is very well equipped. - Decent & conducive for family with kids, reasonable price. Strategic location, nearby to restaurants, shops & recreation park.

  The day we arrive,the guest well known of our arrivals,greet us welcomely. The location is near to the town,about 5 minutes,but away from hustle n bustle, was about 10 to 15 minutes to airport,it was strategic! The enviroment,was nice,but the some of the staff was only nice to foreign tourist but not to local tourist,I wonder why? But even so,some... vad folk säger » of them,like the front desk,the housekeeper and the gardener,they were nice. I stayed in the courtyard,I like the room very much,it was so comfy and - This was our first visit to Sarwak and Kuching. This hotel was just what we wanted. We did not want to stay in the modern high rise hotels near the water front yet not knowing the area we weren't able to find anything traditional further out of Kuching.Basaga Residences were ideal; although the hotel itself was situated within Kuching you felt that you were out in the countryside. The staff were extremly helpful in all aspects and the whole atmosphere was relaxing.

  I like the room. Its fair enough as it fits the price and the discount is good. This hotel is in the middle of city. It is easy to catch bus or taxi. Halal food are everywhere near the hotel. I would suggest this hotel to group of friends travelling together.
