  Trevlig personal, fantastiska faciliteter och superfin frukostbuffé. - Staff were friendly. Our children were upgraded to an executive room free of charge. Our room was lovely with a view of the pool and the sea. - The facilities are pretty good.

  Staff here were excellent in particular the concierge service (special mention to Sylver and Philip for going out of their way to be helpful and friendly). The Le Meridien is a nice, well presented hotel, the rooms are clean / nice and the pool area is fun and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet wasn't included in our package but we ordered... vad folk säger » room service for breakfast and that was very good, the poolside club sandwich we ordered was also good. So I would guess their chefs know what they a - Everything was fantastic. For such a large hotel the staff were extremely friendly. The service was excellent.. We loved the hotel location and the location of the gym looking over the sea would have to be the best location for a gym we have been in. We also really enjoyed the sundowner with the staff on the Wednesday evening. The f old at the restaurant was of a high standard and the service we could not fault. Thankyou for a superb stay!

  The room was great, the seaview excellent. The club service was good and the evening snacks selection adequate for an afternoon tea session with friends - The club facilities were excellent. It was great to be able to have early breakfast then return for morning coffee. The city is very accessible.

  Our stay at Gaya Island Resort was amazing and they made our anniversary extra special.   The staff always made sure we had all we needed. The resort's private beach is exquisite and has a snorkeling trail for its clients. They also have a nice trekking path with a nice view of the tropical forest (an employee will take you there complimentarily). The spa was amazing as they have well trained professionals taking care of you. There are wild animals such as monkeys, - Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is fabulous and away from the hustle and bustle of town, very relaxing ambiance. Food is very good quality and plentiful. These people care about guests having an enjoyable time at the resort.
