  The owner is the nicest lady in Europe. I'm a complete germ-phobe and the hotel is so clean that I would have eaten off the bathroom floor. Beautiful location in the forest. Peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Just a 2-minute drive from Echternach and a half hour from Trier in Germany.
