It's cheaper than the other guesthouse ('coz we get a discount
haha ^.^) and the location is close to the city. Easy access to the
subway and bus stop. Room is clean and there is a washing machine with
english instruction (very helpful for us :p).
Good to stay and have pick-up just call 10 min. shuttle arrived. 5 min a way from Incheon Airport.

The size of the room. The easy access to the subway. The surrounding
area. Not that crowded as in Myeongdong, but still walkable to nearest
tourist area.The kitchen and washing machine in the room.
Warm and comfortable.

Hot water was not consistent.
The non availability of the person in charge. You need to get used to
not having a phone to ask the room service if you have any problem. We
could not watch the tv when we were there because we dont understand the
setting in korean. And since we go out early than 9am and back at night,
no one was there to help us. But since we were really tired from
touring, we dont really bother abt it. Seems you need to have kakao or
Line to get in touch with the person in charge.
Staff only know little English.
