Staff are very nice and very patience to answer our questions. Those staff are good enough to allow us checking in very early in the morning without charging us extra.
1. The staff is friendly and willing to help.
2. The room is clean and good with the price bill.
Staff were friendly enough, the room was clean if a little small. The location was excellent, very close to centre of Seoul and surrounded by lots of good restaurants and shopping. It is essentially a "love hotel" which is fine if that is what you're looking for. alla recensioner »
It is very well located, although a little hard to find.

1. The location of the hotel is not easy to find.
When booking it offered the smallest room for the highest price you pay if you walk in off the street. This price if you walked in off the street would get you a room more than twice the size of the one I was put in. I felt like I had been swindled by booking online.
The breakfast is poor. the first day it was only hamburguers (that u have to heat in a microwave) and the second day a kind of sandwiches.
Not at all the "breakfast" you expect when u read "breakfast included" , but just something to eat from a fridge.
Apart from that the ilumination of the room was too low, and some furniture not well cleaned.
