It was a pleasant supprise.
It were above my expectations. The facility were very clean, a good size bedroom & bathroom, the staff are very friendly. They are very trust worthy. I had checked in very late, like after midnight. Would you believe that they had left a key for my room at front desk for me to self checking in! Thank you for the clean rooms, facility and trust. Lim.
The staff are friendly & accommodating, Unlimited use of some toiletries are good. Though, we're checked-out already, they still allow us to make & drink coffee at their Hostel. There are lots of Korean restaurants around the vicinity and the food were also good. Maybe if i had a chance to go back in Seoul S.K, I'm gonna stay there again.
The hostel is in an excellent location near the metro & many Seoul attractions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. The room was bright & clean and even had a flat screen tv.There was also free internet in the common area.The hostel in fantastic value for money. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
Everything was very good, the staff are very friedly, spoke good English, the hostel is close to metro and the main touristic places. WiFi is free, in the room as well, and they sell cold water on the spot, tea and coffee are there as well in the common kitchen for free. I will come there once again when visiting Seoul! Location is near Changdeokgung Palace and there are convenience stores
nearby. There are information in the lobby area for tourist places that
you can go to - like how to go, what ride to take etc. They also have
books and a tv in the common area.
The staff are very accommodating, friendly and very helpful. They speak
pretty well good English, so communication is not a problem.
I'm a solo traveler, and my experience with Apple Backpackers will make me do more of a solo trip and will definitely book with them again the next time I visit Seoul.
The place is very accessible, you can just walk from subways stations and from tourist spots! The place is laidback, and has the essentials, no frills. Most especially, the staff are truly friendly and accommodating. We will surely book again in this place if we get to go back to Seoul! :).
staffs were very friendly. they greet you every time you leave or come back to the place. towels, body soap, hangers, basic toiletries are provided. free coffee/tea are available in the kitchen. basic cooking utensils are also provided for people that might want to cook there.
Single rooms are great value for money. They are quite spacious and look like hotel rooms although lobby has hostel-like atmosphere. Bathrooms are great too. Very convenient location near the palaces.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is only 2 minutes walk from the metro station and 5 minutes from Changgyeonggung Palace. Large and clean room. Will return here again.

The place is convenient to stroll around the city. The staffs are all accommodating and can speak English well. The guesthouse provides the things you need for your stay.

Liked the location. Subway (lines 1,3,5) is 2 min away. City palace, both palaces and water strem are in walking distance.

Fantastic location, it's near to many of the main sights. Easy to

Almost nothing. There is no breakfast option since it's an hostel. The hostel is on 1st floor, stairs only (steep!), but the staff can help you with heavy bags. You can eat nearby (plenty of places) but not during breakfast time since everything is closed (however a convenience store is just opposite). The surroundings can be noisy but it didn't disturb me.
There is no free drinking water. You have to buy from them or from the
convenience store.

I didn't like the mattress, it was not comfortable for the queen bed. And there were no elevators. Hard to bring luggage. But the staff were kind enough to carry our bags up and down when we checked out.
