  Excellent staff, very courteuos, and willing to accommodate any needs whatsoever with a smile. No other hotel I have been to anywhere in the world has arranged a staff member to help me do some souvenir shopping in the market. They even went to that extent !! Being a disabled traveler, I was provided a brand new wheelchair and staff to help me wh... vad folk säger » enever and wherever I needed to go. The concierge made all the arrangements to help my movements within the city, sight-seeing, pickup & dropoff a - Rosita Enami is an excellent customer service representqative. I had e-mailed her several times before our booking and she promptly e-mailed me back. When I entered on the day of booking, she was very helpful and diligently helped me with our reservation.She is an asset to the Rose Hotel.

  The hotel is well located, niear Shin- Yokohama station (shinkansen, jr lines and subway). However remember that Shin-yokohama is not the same as Yokohama and you need to take a train to get to the centre of the town The location is very convenient if you have a jr Pass and you plan to take shinkansen in order to go to places like Kyoto, Osaka or ... vad folk säger » even to downtown Tokyo. The staff was very helpful. I made a reservation for a non smoking room, but apparently it was a smoking one but deodorized. ( - Very comfortable, good service, efficient service, good location for travel into city or further afield as near Shinkansen line. Not too fancy but good basics.

  Friendly staff, We arrived early, and got a room after 10 minutes. Good connection with limousine bus direct from Narita. Handy with shops and restaurants just under hotel. We were going on a cruise so not too far to go by taxi to port. - Beautiful and clean property right at the train station making it an excellent place to get into and out of ... vad folk säger » Yokohama.
