Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Guests with a dinner plan who are arriving later than 18:00 need to inform the property in advance. Last service for dinner is at 19:30. Guests arriving after 20:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. To use the hotel's free shuttle from Yudanaka Train Station, please make a reservation at time of booking. Guests are also requested to inform the arrival time at the station. Shuttle service is available between 15:00 and 21:00. In order to prepare special amenities for men and women, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking.
