The hotel manager Yuki made our stay a very memorable one. She and her staff introduced us to the pleasures of a Ryokan Onsen. The food was excellent, the service fantastic and they offered a lift to and from the Snow Monkey park and the train. Can highly recommend this Ryokan for overseas tourists. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel provides free transport to Hell Valley(snow monkey) and Train Station.
