I did like everything, environment, the house, the facilities, how welcome we felt when we arrived and during the stay... Very good explanation in English, we did enjoy a lot, I wished I could stay longer but have to go back home.... We had a great time. Mr. Hada is very helpfull. It is a real Japanese experience. The bathrooms are are realy nice. Big warm bath tubs (japanese style). The free bicycles (if you stay more than one nigth) are great to explore the biggest lake of the five lakes. The hiking is a real adventure. Lake yamanako gives great views of mount fuji. ZERO-Project Japan guesthouse is a great place to stay!.
The owner (Hada-San) is very very nice person. He is very friendly and have fully service-minded. He also very helpful person. If you wanna stay and learn about people, culture. This is very best place for you.
You will feel comfort when stay at his place. The place is nice and spacious. I love this place.
Mr.Masahide the owner is very helpful n humble very nice n accomodating guy.he really made our stay very very complete n happy. Was having bad tooth infections he made an appointment for me to see the dentist n became my interpreter so kind of him. Highly recommended this guest house.
There are nice traditional japanese rooms en great bathrooms. All very clean. We would definitly recommend a stay at this guesthouse. Its located at the biggest lake near mount fuji. The owner is really helpfull. He has nice bicycles and will help you with exploring the enviroment.
Host is very friendly and welcoming. Able to communicate with English
and always delightful to share travel information especially on mt.
Fuji. Rental bicycle available and is the best way to travel around lake
yamanakako if you don't drive. Will be the preferred place to stay.
Our host was really friendly and helpful! He speaks really good English
and makes sure that guests are properly taken care of. He offered us the
bikes for free for 3 days and gave us a lift to the station. The
guesthouse is spacious and superclean!.
the room and everywhere is so clean and they are so warm.ask everything what you need and everyday give you infromation about the area.
