  The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Also everyone at the front desk spoke English, which for us was a great bonus. We had a room with breakfast included, which was a delicious & varied buffet of Western & Japanese choices. This made for great value for us. There is a washing machine / dryer in the room!   It stands near by the Toei Gotanda station A6 exit.But if you carry large baggage,it is more convenient to the hotel from A3 exit.It is easy to shop and eat at night.Near the hotel, there is a remy department store and the supermarket open until 1:00.   Good location, close to Tsukiji Market and the Hamarikyu Gardens. Even if the market is closed (as when we stayed in the hotel), there are some pretty good eating spots in the vicinity where one can find fresh fish and seafood.   great location, near the metro/train station but on a quiet street with restaurants and convenience stores, washer/dryer in the room, very helpful staff with a manager that spoke very good english, decent breakfast at the restaurant below - - quite comfortable and clean
