  Overall a very good hotel. The minimum charge was around 22,000yen/night when I booked, which I first thougt was a bit expensive for a hotel away from center of Tokyo. But a friend recommended and when I stayed for 3 nights, I think it is one of the best good-value hotel I have ever been to. The room is big (40sqm+), bathroom is big and bright. Go... vad folk säger » od bed. Try to get an ocean view room, it is a little more expensive but the night view is worth every penny. The room has a accessible balcony, which - This is my second time in this hotel. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The hotel is elegantly clean as always. Staff are polite and friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who travel a lot in Tokyo and next time I visit Odaiba next year, I will surely stay in this hotel again.

  The Concierge, Mrs Fukazawa, was truly excellent. She has superb English and she is always excited to help with any question. She has excellent ideas for how to help her guests and thinks well ahead to ensure success and comfort. Fukazawa-san is a real treasure of the Sheraton! When we had to change plans at short notice due to typhoon and related bad weather, she showed excellent flexibility to ensure - We were fortunate enough to meet Ishida (I think he was a concierge). We had o oarganise extremely urgent flights, taxis & transfers coaches to Niseko. Having someone like Ishida who showed initiaitve & outstanding customer service was a complete god send to us at a very stressful time. We thankyou & all of your staff for having at least one to two staff who could speawk clear English

  Mycket lyxigt och fantastisk utsikt. - Incredible views. Very nice staff. Everyone always smiles. Courtesy van to shinjuku station which we took every day. - The location was relatively convenient -- especially since they offer shuttle service to Shinjuku station.

  Excellent stay. Rooms are spacious et very well furnished / designed (had a Premier room and an Executive suite). Service and staff are top notch. In a word : one of the very best hotel for a luxury city trip. - Compared to other Five star hotels in Tokyo that I have stayed in, Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo is the best so far. It has a wonderful and convenient location, a luxurious and comfortable room. The service levels were the best, every staff catered to my every problem, they even accompanied me to the train station to help me out. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo!

  The hotel's great location above tube station and next door to the limousine airport bus, just so convenient. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra length.   The hotel is placed right in front of the Tokyo tower, in the Shiba park, and it's right next the Zojo-ji temple. You can access within 5 minutes the E and I lines of the subway and get quickly to roppongi, ginza, and anywhere you need. The service is excellent - especially the staff working at conciergerie. I suggest a corner room - not he cheapest but definitively worth the experience. Th - I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge. The staff is of course very friendly courteous. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.
