Excellent services. Staff was wonderful in helping us. Staff helped us
numerous times with directions, making phone calls, questions about
social etiquette. Breakfast was an excellent buffet of Japanese items
that we all loved. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are
modern and clean. There is a free shuttle that leaves for the train

very happy with our choice and would love to return. -
This place was great. The staff were exceptional and spoke clear
English, and even played along with my poor Japanese. The room was huge
based on my experience with Japanese rooms (and other countries'
rooms for the price). I would definitely stay here again.
