Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. the English-speaking concierge was on hand to assist with my check-in and was there to help regarding some confusion about my transfer to the airport. Fantastic service, staff are all incredibly polite (as is the usual in Japan) and were always trying to help. -

We rolled our luggage to the hotel, stopping to ask the locals for direction. Very conveniently located, no problem finding food and shops. Walking distance. We really didn't spend much time in the hotel. The idea of booking
it was to be able to head out early to the airport (there is a
complimentary shuttle bus). We checked in at about 2130hrs and left
