  Excellent and helpful staff. They did contact me a long time before my stay and provide me assistance. I got a quiet and comfy room. Although its a little bit far from the Nagoya station, I found lots of good resturants and shops nearby. About 10 mins walk to the shopping area!   We liked this hotel as the room was very spacious compared to some in Japan. Usually rooms here are quite small but we found this just right. Staff friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very close to Nihombashi Bridge which was excellent for me. Nice and quiet rooms were appreciated. - Staff were courteous, and the lady who cleaned our room, Bravo... vad folk säger » ! She managed to remove all traces of our purple hair-chalk mess from the room. Needless to say, we were both incredibly impressed by that. Clean room. Close to the station, 5-10 mins walk.

Lobby is on 2nd floor... front desk person walked me to the street on check out to ensure I got a taxi, and that driver understood where I needed to go. - -Perfect place to stay. -Right in the middle of the town. -The district is the best in Nagoya for having some beers.

  I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. The staff at the front desk as well as at breakfast were very friendly and professional. Free wifi was available and it worked well.
