  It's very close to the main square, the bus and train station. Just take the 'Alps' exit and you'll see the hotel. It's right there. The view is very nice (we got the 7th floor) - The hotel is right next to Matsumoto Train Station. Very convinient to the dining area

  Very neat, clean, professional and up-market hotel compared to our usual 'backpacker' lodgings. Most expensive accommodation we stayed in, but could not find any better - due to our late booking and its very central location a short walk from the station and a very short walk to the castle. Very nice Japanese style rooms with roomy shower/bath and (seperate) toilet room. - The hotel is very well located, a few steps away from Matsumoto castle, the tourism office and many restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, the hotel has an onsen on site and offers free bicycle rental. The staff is polite, helpful, and at ease in English. Probably the best cost / value hotel that I have seen in Japan.

  The hotel is very close to Matsumoto JR station. It's actually opposite the station. There are many restaurants nearby. You can walk to the Castle and Art museum. The staffs speak good English. There is a wifi only in the lobby where you have breakfast. The breakfast is buffet in Japanese style. - The room is very nice.
