The deluxe studio was very spacious. It had everything we needed for our
week in Tokyo at the end of our trip. It was a relaxing place to stay.
The reception ladies were very helpful. There is a lan connection in the
room, we asked if we could get Wifi in the room and this was set up

Large rooms with kitchenette, very useful as we traveled with our 16-month old son.
Location is great - 20m from subway entrance, and central meaning you get everywhere pretty fast. Akasaka-mitsuke area is only a few minutes walk away with its massive amount of restaurants.
Friendly and helpful staff, rooftop pool, a simple but useful gym, laundry possibilities in the basement - all really good!

The hotel was very good. The room was small, but bigger than what I
usually get in London or Paris. Everything was in order and very clean.
The staff is very attentive to the guests and more than eager to help.
Unfortunately they do not speak very good English if at all, but this is

The staff was very helpfull and kind. We chose this hotel in the list of
letsbookhotel.com because it was the first time we were going to visit Japan
and the localization seemed to be easy for us to go around and the
Limousine bus could leave us at the hotel. Really, we couldn't have

Fantastic location, literally across the street from the subway station. As it is common in big cities in Japan, there is a mini shopping arcade in connection to the subway station, where emergency shopping can be made :) Otherwise there is a "BIG CAMERA" store close-by, in case you dont have the time and energy to go to Akihabara.

The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. The concierge was also very helpful when we were checking out, and it was good that they could communicate in English.

It was a lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had a room
with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very
clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was
great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and
train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this
hotel for business or leisure.

Considering old building and old furniture (from 70s?) its been held super clean and in very good condition. I'm a bug-freak, but in this hotel I cud calmly switch off the lights at bedtime..:-)

This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station.
Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very
convenient. We were in and out a lot catching the subway from Iidabashi.

The location of Hotel Gracery ginza is excellent : the main shopping streets of Ginza area are at its doorstep ; furthermore the hotel can be easily reached by subway and is just 3 minutes walking from the ginza subway exit A3.
The breakfast is elaborate and western style but also japanese style.
The hotel is quiet and even due to its location and many guests, there was no single noise to be heard.

Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable!
I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.

Got bus from airport & they dropped us outside hotel.Lobby is on 16th floor. The staff are lovely-very polite & professional. They helped us with the metro & kept our luggage after we checked out so we could go sight seeing. Close to Shimbashi Station & lots of great food around in the back streets.Had a fantastic view from our room on the 23rd floor. Super clean bathroom that included a great range of toiletries. Internet available-password in the room manual. Beds were comfort

It's a nice place to enjoy your trip!
Besides the hotel a charmous, typical restaurant to taste japanese Style food.
Nearby a Suidobashi station you can eat good em cheap fast food.

We don't know about food, because we didn't taste -
Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with
excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station,
one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku.
Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good
service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant
at Ginza weeks before I arrived.
