The deluxe studio was very spacious. It had everything we needed for our
week in Tokyo at the end of our trip. It was a relaxing place to stay.
The reception ladies were very helpful. There is a lan connection in the
room, we asked if we could get Wifi in the room and this was set up

basement was much appreciated. The hotel itself has dining options but
there is also a McDonald's, an Excelsior cafe, a 7/11 and
Lawsons convenienc -
Large rooms with kitchenette, very useful as we traveled with our 16-month old son.
Location is great - 20m from subway entrance, and central meaning you get everywhere pretty fast. Akasaka-mitsuke area is only a few minutes walk away with its massive amount of restaurants.
Friendly and helpful staff, rooftop pool, a simple but useful gym, laundry possibilities in the basement - all really good!

The hotel was very good. The room was small, but bigger than what I
usually get in London or Paris. Everything was in order and very clean.
The staff is very attentive to the guests and more than eager to help.
Unfortunately they do not speak very good English if at all, but this is

The location is a big plus for toshi center hotel,it is only less than
5min walking to nagatacho st, there is also family mart accross the
street plus a really delicious chinese resto beside family mart. The
facilities r excellent

This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station.
Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very
convenient. We were in and out a lot catching the subway from Iidabashi.
There is a very nice bakery in the hotel. There is a Starbucks and a big
7-11 across the courtyard - actually in the next building but for all

Everything maintain very well and we are very happy that we stayed in
this hotel and we love to stay again in this hotel. I want to pay
special thanks to the hotel staff , everyone was very helpful and very
well trained . I must suggest to all that if you want to enjoy and

Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel.
Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very
spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my
daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff
took initiative and delivered not only slippers but also additional
towels

when we return from Hokkaido later this month. :) -
The convenient location to train and subway lines. Also the many restaurants within the complex. Comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

The hopsitality and efficiency of staff. Parking avalaible. The room
size is ideal and bed is comfortable unlike the common hotels in Tokyo.
Basic and toiletries are clean and sufficient. The Jap bfast was good
traditional taste and serving. Hver, the main dish of fish was small
with too many bones. Hver good service that gives us good Jap
atmosphere. Lastle the efficiency of booking .com. Close to Ginza for
shopping. The nearby shops and eateries are good eg ramen (miso)
