  The residence was well presented and very clean, the staff were helpful and prompt and arrived at the agreed time. The property was within an easy walk from the station which travel around Tokyo very easy. - Very spacious and feels more like an apartment than a hotel.   The Shinagawa Prince Hotel is actually a complex of 4 different buildings and each one has different amenities, E.G., our hotel didn't have an ice machine anywhere in the building but our friends who were staying in another building did have one. They also had free wi-fi and we had free ethernet (which doesn't do you much good with an iPhone or iP... vad folk säger » ad). They stored our bags and our friends bags (10 of them) without a fee and without batting an eye. - The hotel has many wings and rooms with different profiles. The cheaper ones are standard Japanese business hotels, i.e. very small, cheap, functional. The more expensive ones give more space and luxury. Both offer good (if not extraordinary) value for money IMHO. The unique selling point of this hotel is that it's a 3min walk from Shinagawa station from which you can get Shinkansen to Kyoto/Osaka, and Yamanote for pretty much anywhere.

  Very happy with a clean comfortable room, central to Tokyo Bay staff very helpful with language barriers. Hotel had restaurant reasonable pricing, Lawsons mini market and central to train station etc. - The hotel is very clean, close to Disney and big sight and the city is very accessible.
