  The location of the hotel is just perfect, right next to Kyoto Railway Station. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, speaks some english and able to point us to some sightseeing destination.   The hotel is nice and our room (two adults and two kids) was quite large. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We never ate at any of the hotel restaurants and so cannot comment. In particular, Mr. Simon Finch, the lead concierge, was immensely friendly and helpful with every aspect of our stay. Service staff was very good and pleasant. They have special commodities to keep your luggage before after check in/out (brought the luggage at our room after early check in and while we were out).
