  - The staff are all very helpful and friendly. There are also very genuine. They have good initiative where they are willing to go a step further in making our stay in Kyoto as comfortable as possible. The hotel is located on a rather busy street with lots of shops and restaurants, and also just a few minutes from the Kyoto shiyakusho-mae subway station, that will take you to and from Kyoto station.
