  Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me pack gifts I brought from home to ship to another prefecture in Japan. The location was very convenient, right next door to the train station. Each morning we woke up early walked over to the convenience store (opened 24 hours) and bought our coffee, breakfast and snacks for our train ... vad folk säger » ride. - Such a wonderful hotel, the best hotel in Japan for Service with such friendly staff. Kumamoto was a great place to stay with the hotel being right next to the station. We would have loved to stay an extra night as there is plenty to do in this lovely castle city. Rooms really comfortable and spacious. We will stay here again.

  English speaking staff made our welcome more personal than any other hotel we stayed at. Facility was best during our 10-day trip,. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable, always clean, immaculate, and even had a dresser!. Centrally located in Kumamoto with bus stop, street cars very accessible. May be a bit pricey for the area but compared to Hawaii hotels, a bargain for what you have. - It was very convenient and the staff was very courteous and professional. Location was excellent for shopping and eating. Nearby Kumamoto Castle and it was a nice walk. Room very Comfortable and very clean. We would stay here again.
