  A very convenient location....right at the station. When you bet out of the Kagoshima station, the sign that that says JR Kyushu Kagoshima Hotel is written on the station column and the wall....you cannot miss it.   This hotel is amazing as was the online deal. My friend and I shared a double bed and we didn't feel too cramped in the room. The onsen on the 13th floor feels luxurious and was extremely clean. The reception staff were very helpful and answered all my questions in English.   Nice n clean environment more than basic. They should price match nearby hotels by offering inclusive of breakfast deal. Breakfast is also good value on its own Y500 - Helpful staff, they will look after your luggage for you, vending machines, clean rooms. Close to tram line, fairly quiet.
