  This hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a small double bed room which was clean and super comfortable and a very good value for the money spent. - Nice size room. Good shower. Friendly staff.

  Obviously the view of Sakurajima is stunning especially as it was erupting when we were there. However, the hotel is comfortable, the staff are both friendly and helpful, the facilities are good and the value for money is excellent - The hotel was very nice and very clean, the panorama from the room was very nice in front on Sakurajima island.

  This hotel is amazing as was the online deal. My friend and I shared a double bed and we didn't feel too cramped in the room. The onsen on the 13th floor feels luxurious and was extremely clean. The reception staff were very helpful and answered all my questions in English. It is a very good experience. Price is cheap and it located in the centre of the city, so you can get to anywhere easily. The airport shuttle stop right in front of the hotel which is so convenience as well.Wifi reception is good. I will recommend this hotel to my friends

  Nice n clean environment more than basic. They should price match nearby hotels by offering inclusive of breakfast deal. Breakfast is also good value on its own Y500 - Helpful staff, they will look after your luggage for you, vending machines, clean rooms. Close to tram line, fairly quiet.

  The internet in the lobby was really slow and actually did not work. They first said I could rent a laptop for in the room but luckely they offered it for free after I explained to be quite disapponted about this service. - Nice staff, god location and ok price.

  Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the airport bus. The bed was comfortable, the tv was nice, and there was even a bath house. The room was normal size for Japanese standards; I'm 6 ft tall, and had no problems.
