The rest of the total amount must be paid by PayPal or by credit card 30 days prior to arrival . Payment instruction will be sent from the property once the prepayment has been confirmed. Additional fees will apply for late check-in after 21:00 Guest will be requested to sign a contract upon arrival. A security deposit is required for incidentals and must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival. This deposit is fully refundable between 4-7 days following the guests’ departure from the apartment and after the property has gone through inspection for damages.
