Location fantastic from kawaguchiko station. Centre spot of Mount Fuji. Staff spoke good english, pleasant and helped me with my lost ticket. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the welcoming, friendly and very helpful hosts. the owner was very enthousiastic and helpfull and made us feel at home. When we couldnt find the way he got in his car and showed us the right direction. The rooms are perfect and the view on Fuji was stunning. It was a shame that we didn't book our dinner at the weekend shuffle, it looked and smelled amazing and would definitely recommend to book this!

Great getaway location from the southern part which is crowded and touristy. The owner provides free shuttle to and from kawaguchi-ko station so distant location is not an issue at all.
The owner is friendly and is keen to help with any questions should they arise. He's very adept in speaking english too and that helps alot. Each guest (or party of guests) get assigned 45 minutes of private hot bath at no additional cost. The lounge has fireplace that is lit up in the night. Wonderful atmospher

although the hotel was 2 km from the train station the owner came to pick us and retuned us in the next day. the place itself is not new but well kept and maintained. at the time of our arrival we were the only guests in the hotel, which shortly became an advantage, because we had the whole bath for ourselves.

The inn is located at a quite good location, which is within walking distance from Kawaguchiko station and close to the lake. Also there are two combini stores just next to the inn. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and the view of Fujisan from the room was amazing.

Staff and people staying there were really friendly. the hostel will pick you up at kawaguchiko station, just go to tourist information and they will dial the hostel for you and someone will come there to pick u up or you can book a time with them prior to arriving. Excellent location - you can see it from the train station. Staff can speak English. They have a locked luggage storage room and kept our luggage for us while we climbed Fuji overnight (we had checked out the previous morning).
