  Staff were so friendly and helpful! they couldn't speak English fluently but they could understand enough for us to get our point across. Had a wonderful Japanese style room with a balcony and lovely view of the Lake when we woke up! brilliant! also has a public onsen or the option to have a bathroom adjoined to your room as well which is great fo... vad folk säger » r westerners! - This place is amazing if you have a room facing Mt. Fuji. The possibility to rent a bicycle to cycle around during the day (allowed until 6pm only) is a huge plus because there are so many sights and sounds to look out for. Another huge plus is the fact that we had an on-site onsen (hot bath). It is very useful after a whole day of trekking around the place.

  Friendly English-speaking owner who picked us at the train station and sent us back on our departure day. He even sent us to the theme park which was a short drive away. Good location - near lakes, attractions , supermarket, restaurants & convenient stores.

  The view out of our window was right in the direction of Mount Fuji. The room was lovely, with quaint touches such Japanese robes and an extremely comfortable, floor-level bed. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Across the bridge, which is a 20-30 minute relaxed walk, is a part of town with a multitude of restaurants to fit every price... vad folk säger » range and taste. One is a late opening diner, right beside the 7-Eleven, with vegetarian-friendly pizza.

  The Music Forest is right across the road from Den's, a must visit in Kawagouchi. Kuhei San and Keiko San were most hospitable. I was picked up on time and sent back to Kawagouchi Station in comfort. The rooms were clean and bright looking out to a balcong, and beds comfortable. I enjoy the most is sitting in the front yard/garden sipping coffee and a piece of cream cake in the afternoo - Hotel has a good location to have a sightseeing of both fuji mountain and kawaguchico lake. Equipments in the hotel are new and clean. Host of hotel can speak English frequently and provide free pickup and delivery between hotel and kawaguchico station.

  The location couldn't be better: opposite the railway and bus stations, and with views of Mt Fuji from the rooms. My room was very clean and functional, and staff was very helpful. - The location and the view of mount Fuji from the room and there is elevator in the hotel

  Location fantastic from kawaguchiko station. Centre spot of Mount Fuji. Staff spoke good english, pleasant and helped me with my lost ticket. Facilities are fanstastic, free wifi, internet, coffee, recreation area.. Hot running Onsen upstairs and clean toilet facilities. Overall my stay at kawaguchiko station and the views of mount fuji were the highlight of my trip to japan. - Location is great, very near the train station. I stayed in the Japanese- style room and it was good. The room is spacious for Japanese standards and the shared toilet was clean. The communal bathroom is clean and of good space too. Staff was very friendly. They let us keep our bag for 36 hours until we came back from a climb in the mountain and everything was safe there.

  staffs....especially in restuarant and driver..........helpful lovely ......friendly ./ although cannot contact by language - Not much You could rent a power assist bicycle which was nice for a morning ride by the lake.   We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the welcoming, friendly and very helpful hosts. They are serving delicious western style breakfast and there is a cozy and comfy sofa corner in the public area with Fuji-san view. One can use the onsen (japanese bath) privately as well. Retro bus stop is nearby and different museums (music, kimono and contempo... vad folk säger » rary art) are few minutes away by feet. Great place to stay with wonderful hosts. Thank you Teppei, we will be back. - the owner was very enthousiastic and helpfull and made us feel at home. When we couldnt find the way he got in his car and showed us the right direction. The rooms are perfect and the view on Fuji was stunning. It was a shame that we didn't book our dinner at the weekend shuffle, it looked and smelled amazing and would definitely recommend to book this!

  The hotel is in a perfect location, you can see beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and lake Kawaguchiko. The owner is very kind, he picked us up from the station to the hotel. Breakfast is delicious in Japanese style. The mattress is comfortable with air con or heater in the room. There is also a beautiful local temple near the hotel within 2 mins walk. We rode the bike to the re - - The room is very comfortable - everything very clean - toilet attached to the room, shared bath downstairs but we go for Ousen places around Fuji five lakes, we no need to use the shower in the hostel. - check in, check out process was smooth - yukata provided with clean towels and Ousen towels - very peaceful place to stay with lake view in the morning from the room, Fuji mountain is at the back... - lots of parking area
