  The hotel is of a very high spec - the rooms are immaculate. We had a top floor room with large terrace which had great views to the mountains. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice of fresh food and fruits. The best part was getting fresh coffee to order - machiatto, cappacino, whatever you wanted. First day we were presented by a bouttle of wine and owner's mother made cake. Very cute. I and my wife filled us very confortable, like at friends' appartments. Hotel is really decorated in Graniti, very stylish inside and outside. Our window viewed to the main street in the sity, balcone was separated from others, its important for us.   Really nice hotel, with very helpful staff, very clean. Not so far away from the hotel there are main bus station and shopping-street. Beach is located in 700 meters from the hotel. Beach towels, umbrellas and bicycles are for free! Beaches are very clean and are not overcrowded by crazy tourists! Moreover in Villasimius there is a national park ... vad folk säger » where you can witness flamingos. The way to airport and to Cagliari takes aprx. 1.5 hour. Very comfortable place and very nice hotel! - We couldn't speak any Italian and the owner couldn't speak any English but she was very friendly and welcoming and helped us out with everything we needed. They provide beach umbrellas and there is a good size fridge in the room. Town is just a minute away walking and there are some beautiful restaurants along the main street. There are a few supermarkets close by as well.
