  Fantastically located on Piazza Erbe, with wonderful and relaxing balcony overlooking the square where my 80 year old aunt could read her papers and relax with a coffee or drink while my kids and I explored. Perfect. Everyone in the hotel was so friendly and helpful. Very clean. My room was perfect with a view of the piazza, the bathroom big enough and the breakfast out on the little terrace was just beautiful.   Our room in the spa annex of the hotel was wonderful. On the top floor with goregous beams and fantastic decor. The staff were all really helpful and friednly. Breakfast was served downstairs in the main hotel and was very nice. The location is great - a few minutes walk from the fantastic Piazza Bra and the Arena. The front desk staff were amazing and friendly, helpful and recommended places to eat as well as directions, advice and information. The spa and Turkish baths were amazing!   Hotellets beliggehet var helt perfekt, både väldigt nära till "gamla city" och väldigt enkelt att hitta. Ett jätte fint hotel med trevlig personal. - Trevlig personal, lungt och behagligt trots centralt läge.   Absolutely wonderful staff who provided great recommendations for eating out and getting around the city, and just extremely friendly. Our room was very spacious and attractive, and the rooftop patio provided a wonderful view of Verona. Finally, the location was great, just a 5 minute walk across the river into the heart of Verona. - What a nice ... vad folk säger » change from a standard hotel! The building is an old villa with amazing style. What a better way to stay in a place with the flair of Verona!? Staff is very welcoming and friendly. I got a map of Verona and everything explained.
