  Bra läge nära "allt" samtidigt som hotellet ligger lite avskilt. Personalen var trevlig, personlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var jättefint med utsikt mot kanalen. Frukosten var god - om än inte så hälsosam. Båtturen till Muranoön ingick som utlovat, en riktigt fin liten båttur och guidad tur hos glasblåsaren. Takterassen var liten men fantastisk.   Yes, having read other reports we were plesantly surprised as it was better than others had suggested. Staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It was right at the begining of season so maybe that helped but a throughly good experience. - beautiful interior, great location, very clean

  We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable. The hotel was spotless and breakfast plenty and delicious. They provided locked up baggage servic - The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.   The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat.
