This hotel is charming! Upon arrival, the very friendly and helpful staff were there to open the doors and offered us a cold drink and a place to sit and rest during check-in. This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it!
We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!)
We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not easy to find (actually -
nothing is easy to find in Venice except main landmarks) so be prepared
to walk aroung for an hour or so until you get used to the location.
Hotel has it's own pier so it is very easy to get if you take a
water taxi or private boat from aiport or train station. Overall - will
recommend the hotel.

This is a smaller boutique hotel with excellent service! Rooms are small but luxuriously appointed and comfortable with more storage than immediately meets the eye. Breakfast was excellent with delectable choices. The staff is kind and extremely helpful with requests and eager to make excellent suggestions for traveler's ease.
