  This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by. The price was reasonable and the continental breakfast was great. The hotel is quiet with only 11 rooms and we were able to come and go as we pleased with lots of ... vad folk säger » privacy.

  Excellent location close to St Mark’s square and in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood of Venice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for the location alone, but the room was also big and comfortable with all the amenities we needed.   The hotel is very lovely and comfortable. I went in summer and Venezia was very very warm. They provided fan in the room but the room is already in good temperature without the fan. Although the hotel didn't provide breakfast, they provided kettle, tea/coffee/snacks and fridge in the room. The staffs were friendly too. The hotel staff was very kind to pick us up in Piazzale Roma as we arrived late afte - The location is very good, very close to the bus station and to the railway station, but in a silent small street. There is no breakfast in the price of the room, but in our romm there were: packed bread, marmalade, instant cofee, and tea, which I highly apprecaited.   Det trevliga personliga mottagandet! - I thought this was the best value for my trip of my entire 2wk stay in Italy. We went in the off season and that probably helped. The location was good, close to the train station and a vaporetto stop. The staff was super helpful too. - very comfortable, well situated, very nice people
