  The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up. The hotel is very convenient to St. Mark's Square just by crossing the Grand Canal via traghetto, and then walking a couple of blocks.   Excellent location and standard of room - delightful quiet part of Venice, very helpful staff - Umberto met us at the vaporetto stop and helped us get our bags to the hotel. The room was gorgeous with beautiful canopied bed and large bathroom all just completed.

  The hotel is basic but really good value for money. The decor is dated but is really clean and tidy. We had cleaners come into the room daily swept moped and clean towels and sheets. The hotel is basically on the front of the canal about 1min walk from san marco square. We arrived in the dark via water bus from piazza de roma the no1 and where it ... vad folk säger » stopped walk to the left over a bridge and to the left there is a taxi hut and opporsite that is an alley go down there 50meters and the hotel is on t - Great location just two blocks from San Marco square and one block from the water taxi (Vaporetto). Everybody was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags for several hours after we checked out so we could sightsee until it was time to catch our train.

  The staff were fantastic: friendly, obliging, and went the extra mile whenever we asked for anything. The hotel is small but our room was quite large. The whole place is well kept, comfortable and, coupled with the warm service, has a very homely feel. It is 2 mins walk to St. Marks Sq and about 4-5 mins walk to the Rialto Bridge. Having said that... vad folk säger » , the street is not a throughway so no crowds passing by. Perfect! - The layout is such that all of our three rooms were a few steps from where the owner or other staff were seated. They were very attentive to our needs, We came in two groups and both needed help finding the place. In both cases the staff found us and guided us to the hotel.

  Bra läge nära "allt" samtidigt som hotellet ligger lite avskilt. Personalen var trevlig, personlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var jättefint med utsikt mot kanalen. Frukosten var god - om än inte så hälsosam. Båtturen till Muranoön ingick som utlovat, en riktigt fin liten båttur och guidad tur hos glasblåsaren. Takterassen var liten men fantastisk. Staying on this wonderful Yacht was like coming home... thank you Nelly for excellent service, cool drinks (very reasonable prices) and the fresh fruits!   We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable. The hotel was spotless and breakfast plenty and delicious. They provided locked up baggage servic - The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.   We enjoyed our stay in Palazzo Vitturi. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was good. The hotel is positioned very conveniently at an equal distance from San Marco and Rialto. We had a late arrival but the staff was very friendly and helpfull and we did not have any problems.   The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat. It was really great staying in this hotel. The personell was very nice and kind. Special thanks to Georgio and Irina, they were very great.
