  The Pisani is an amazing hotel of old world charm and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful furniture and surroundings made for the perfect stay. It was a perfect place to sit and sip Prosecco while watching the tourists drift by on their Gondolas. There a few nice little restaurants nearby and a great patisserie with a huge range of delicious macaroons (and other - My 17yr son and I loved staying at Palattezzo Pisani because it was a real Venice experience ( unlike the previous boring Venitian hotel where we wouldn't have know which continent it was on). The Pasani is an actual old Palace (yes it's got plumbing and hot water!!) you can hear the waves from boats washing onto the building, see the Grand Canal out your window and have breakfast or just 'chill' in the most amazing old rooms.   We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel really stood out in terms of quality (from what we saw of other hotels in venice). The staff (who all spoke at least some English) were friendly and helpful. The room was impressive and ours was bigger than I thought it would be after I read that some people thought the rooms were small. Although the hotel first seemed is a li - After reading horror stories of small rooms and inconsistent service in Venice, we intentionally looked for a room with updates and some space and Carnival delivered both. Check in was easy and quick! The hotel was in the quite end of town and away from the crowd. It is also a very short distance (5min) to the public transportation dock and maybe 15 min walk to the train station. Rooms very modern and clean. Hot water all week and lots of water pressure. Breakfast was hot everyday and delicious

  Underbart hotell med utmärkt läge - The location was excellent, out of the busy area, a beautiful walk to and from the hotel to San Marco (15mins approx) with the best view of Venice that so many people will not get to see.   Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes! Great location close to St. Mark's square and other attractions. All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

  Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist hassle and just 5­-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby.
