  The Pisani is an amazing hotel of old world charm and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful furniture and surroundings made for the perfect stay. It was a perfect place to sit and sip Prosecco while watching the tourists drift by on their Gondolas. There a few nice little restaurants nearby and a great patisserie with a huge range of delicious macaroons (and other - My 17yr son and I loved staying at Palattezzo Pisani because it was a real Venice experience ( unlike the previous boring Venitian hotel where we wouldn't have know which continent it was on). The Pasani is an actual old Palace (yes it's got plumbing and hot water!!) you can hear the waves from boats washing onto the building, see the Grand Canal out your window and have breakfast or just 'chill' in the most amazing old rooms.   The location was excellent as expected however the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful...this was somewhat surprising after reading some poor reviews but very very welcome. - The Hotel was easily accessible from the Waterbus stop and near restaurants and bars. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

  The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up. The hotel is very convenient to St. Mark's Square just by crossing the Grand Canal via traghetto, and then walking a couple of blocks.   Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes! Great location close to St. Mark's square and other attractions. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

  -True Venice experience! The hotel is located on one of the small canals, so finding the hotel was an adventour in itself. Its entrance is located on a small side street and you walk through the ground floor of the building (past the canal boat entrance) to get to the rooms. It isn't easy to find, but use the directions on the website along with a map and you'll figure it out eventually. The staff is very friendly, which is a big plus. We made the reservation at the last minute so we didn't have many choices. The room was big. The decor was a little strange. The breakfast was fine. Did I mention the staff is very friendly? That was the biggest plus.

  This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by.
