  The Pisani is an amazing hotel of old world charm and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful furniture and surroundings made for the perfect stay. It was a perfect place to sit and sip Prosecco while watching the tourists drift by on their Gondolas.   The location was excellent as expected however the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful...this was somewhat surprising after reading some poor reviews but very very welcome. - The Hotel was easily accessible from the Waterbus stop and near restaurants and bars.   Company made an error so put us in another larger apartment at no extra cost, everything was perfect from advising of error and resolving to meeting at Rialto and taking to revised apartment, telling us about shops, restaurants and food so can only assume Gondola Rossa would be as well.
